General Conference Information
Your conference registration includes:
Friday Elevated Mixer and Keynote Address
Full day of Saturday sessions
Two 75‑minute breakout sessions and one 2‑hour workshop
Saturday locally catered lunch, coffee, and snacks
Registration package
Yes. Full‑time students may register for $50 with proof of full‑time status as of September 1, 2026.
No. Sessions will not be recorded.
Registration is available:
Friday: 6:00pm–7:30pm at the St. John Centre for Arts and Culture
Saturday: 8:00am–9:00am with coffee and networking at the venue
No. Add‑On sessions are optional experiences held at partner arts organizations on Friday afternoon. Each session costs $25.

The St. John Centre for Arts and Culture is not fully wheelchair accessible. Some breakout spaces can only be reached by stairs. If you have any accessibility concerns, please contact victoria.reid@fineartsata.ca and we will make every effort to support your needs.
We recommend parking at your hotel and walking to the venue. Kensington and the Bow River pathway make for a pleasant walk to the St. John Centre for Arts and Culture. Paid parking is also available on surrounding streets and in a paid lot at the venue.
