Pricing:

• Early Bird Member Rate (Apr. 15-Sept.1): $150 

• Regular Member Rate (Sept. 1-Oct. 16): $200  

This conference is for Fine Arts Council (FAC) members. Membership will be verified. 

If you are not a FAC member, please visit: https://scms.teachers.ab.ca/Pages/default.aspx to register as an FAC Member before continuing your application. If this is your first specialist council membership it’s FREE. If you have already selected your free membership, you can purchase a membership to the Fine Arts Council for $25. This membership includes a one-year membership/subscription in the council.

• Full-Time Student Rate: $50 

Undergraduate university student ATA members, as specified in ATA bylaws. Student members receive all the benefits and services of council membership except the right to vote and hold office. There is no fee for student members of the Association to become student members of a specialist council. If you are not a member please visit the ATA site: https://scms.teachers.ab.ca/Pages/default.aspx to register. All student registrations will need to show proof of full-time student status as of September 1st, 2026. 

• Non‑Member Conference Rate: - $400​

Registration Fee for Persons Not Eligible for Specialist Council Memberships: Superintendents, deputy superintendents, and central office staff who did not elect active ATA membership cannot be members of specialist councils and must pay the ineligible for membership rate. Central office staff and teachers in band-operated, charter, federal or private schools must be ATA associate members to qualify for specialist council membership.
